Belly Dancing

BELLY DANCING CLASSES

Belly dancing works your entire body, especially your arms, waist, hips, thighs and bum. Belly dancing is an easy way to develop your co-ordination whilst building your stamina and body strength. Best of all, you're having fun whilst you're doing it!
Belly dancing can also be very therapeutic; it soothes the mind as well as the body and has been proven to alleviate health problems such as back pain, knee pain, arthritis, PMS or depression.
The classes are open to all women of all ages and ethnicities. Previous experience is not required, and the classes are tailored according to the students in the group. The environment is fun, the people are relaxed and the instructor ensures the class is lively and fun.

What to wear

Anything you feel comfortable enough to move your hips and belly around in. For your feet you may dance bare foot or with soft soled shoes. You may also wear a coined or non-coined hip scarves.

All belly dance classes are for women only, aged 14years and upwards.
